Dr KC breaks fast

Dr Govinda KC of the Institute of Medicine (IOM) has finally ended his fast unto death following an agreement between the government and Nepal Medical Association (NMA). The public-spirited professor was on hunger strike for the last 14 days against the political interferences in the IOM.

The government has agreed to address his three key demands.
